1. Summary of the survey

Transport for Greater Manchester ["TfGM"] is aiming to improve the public transport fares system and wants to understand the views of transport users to inform this process. Findings from this survey will be used to help decide what fares and ticketing should be in future.

TfGM is keen to understand how you plan a journey. What information do you gather, and where do you look? We're interested to hear your thoughts on what should be included in a new app, specifically for travelling in Greater Manchester. Your opinions will help inform the design, and ensure we make it suitable for your needs

TfGM is the Data Controller for personal information collected in the survey. This means that we decide how your personal data is processed and for what purposes.
