This ticket gives you unlimited travel for a weekend across all Metrolink zones (1 + 2 + 3 + 4).

A family travelcard is for group travel on Metrolink trams for one to three children (aged under 16) accompanied by one or two adults.

You can travel together on any tram, from 6pm Friday evening until the last tram on Sunday night.

Check who qualifies

Any adult can buy this ticket. Children travelling as part of a family group must be aged under 16 and, if aged 11 to 15, will need proof of age ID.

An igo pass allows children to qualify for longer, up to 31 August after their 16th birthday. An igo pass is also a convenient way to have proof of age and it entitles holders to cheaper tickets on buses.
