This ticket gives you unlimited off-peak travel throughout your chosen Metrolink zones.
Your ticket must be valid in all zones you travel through.
A family travelcard is for group travel on Metrolink trams for one to three children (aged under 16) accompanied by one or two adults.
You can travel together for one day, as many times as you want, on any tram from 9:30am on Monday to Friday, and at any time on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
Check who qualifies
Any adult can buy this ticket. Children travelling as part of a family group must be aged under 16 and, if aged 11 to 15, will need proof of age ID.
An igo card allows children to qualify for longer, up to 31 August after their 16th birthday. An igo card is also a convenient way to have proof of age and it entitles holders to cheaper tickets on buses.
