Without speech, use of both arms or have BLESMA membership

Do you qualify?

To qualify for this pass you must be a permanent resident of Greater Manchester and be:

  • Without natural speech (your application must be supported by a letter from a medical professional)
  • Without the use of both arms (your application must be supported by a letter from a medical professional)
  • An ex-serviceman/woman with serious walking difficulties as a result of losing a leg in active service and be a member of the British Limbless Ex-Servicemen Association - BLESMA (your application must include a copy of your BLESMA membership)

You may be automatically eligible if you have been awarded a lump sum payment under tariff levels 1-8 of the Armed Forces Compensation Scheme (AFCS) and have a letter from the Server Personal and Veterans Agency (SPVA) proving receipt of one of the above.
