Refused driving licence

Do you qualify?

You can apply for a concessionary pass if an application for a driving licence would be refused as a result of one of the conditions listed below:
- Severe and enduring mental health problems
- Epilepsy
- Dizziness or fainting
- Sight problems
- other disabilities likely to result in refusal of a driving licence

What happens after you have sent in your application

TfGM will review your application and will send you a pass if your application has been successful. If your application has not been successful TfGM will contact you for further information.
