Please email us or complete the Commenting on Services form if you have comments regarding a service that Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM) provides. If you wish to speak to us in relation to your comments, please call our Customer Contact Centre on 0161 244 1000 between 7am to 8pm, Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm Saturday and Sunday.
When your email is received, you will receive an automated reply from the Customer Relations inbox and we will aim to provide you with a final response within 8 working days.
If your comments relate to a service that is not provided by TfGM, we will forward them to the organisation responsible for that service and copy you in unless you inform us otherwise, and they will respond to you directly. If you do not want us to do this, we will supply you with the contact details for that organisation so that you can contact them directly.
