Our values
What you do and how you do it is important – whatever type of role you work in at TfGM. That’s why we have three core values, which are the fundamental things we believe in. They help us prioritise and make decisions.
Our values are:
- Deliver. We do the right thing, and stick to our commitments.
- Adapt. When we move forward, so does Greater Manchester.
- Care. We look after each other, our customers, our great city region and our planet.
You will see our values throughout our recruitment processes along with a behavioural framework developed with colleagues and for colleagues, which directly links to our values, bringing them to life!
Our behaviours
A behaviour is what you say and do; how you say and do it; how you treat others and expect to be treated yourself.
Our behavioural framework sets out six key behaviours, each linked to a value – that define ‘how’ we approach our work; alongside ‘what’ we do.
When applying for a role with us, we encourage you to think about our values and behavioural framework and how you can bring them to life within the recruitment process.
If you are invited to an interview, you may be asked questions to demonstrate how your approach in the workplace aligns with our values and behavioural framework.
